Quote Terms and Conditions 

1.       General Purchase Terms

1.1                 This quotation is valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issue.

1.2                 Any shipping cost indicated in the quotation is an estimate only and may be subject to change.

1.3                 The quotation excludes all import duties and customs charges, which shall be for the customer’s account.

1.4                  All prices are exclusive of Value‑Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be added where applicable, and a tax invoice will be issued once the quotation is accepted.

1.5                 Full payment of the invoice is required upfront prior to processing the order.

1.6                 Delivery of the devices is estimated at six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date on which payment is received.

1.7                 Remote Key Injection (RKI) is included in the quoted price.


2.       Warranty and Repair

2.1  Out-of-the-box and extended warranty

  • Each order includes an allocation of additional devices equal to two percent (2%) of the total number of devices ordered.
  •  These additional devices constitute the manufacturer’s exclusive warranty and are intended to cover any manufacturing defects identified upon delivery (out‑of‑the‑box failures) or arising during normal usage within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty does not cover any failure, defect, or damage arising from improper use, misuse, negligence, lack of due care, or accidental damage.

2.2  Out-of-warranty repair and replacement

  • If a device is damaged in a manner not covered by the warranty terms in Clause 2.1 above or any manufacturer’s warranty, you may request an out-of-warranty repair or replacement at a fee.

2.3   Replacement parts sourced from alternative suppliers

In certain instances, replacement parts may be sourced from an alternative supplier, subject to the customer's consent. Touchpoint makes no representations, warranties or guarantees in respect of such replacement parts, and such are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranties or guarantees. Touchpoint will inform the customer when replacement parts are sourced from alternative suppliers.
